It is NOS. It have been out of the box for years but never installed with small superficial scratches (it is 45 years old). It has a chrome finish done in the usa but you can see spots they missed. I still have the box but do not have the gaskets. This will not fit 1200cc 40hp or dual port cylinder heads. Shipping is free within Continental USA.
