General Item Disclaimers
- New take-offs:Take-off wheels and/or tires, although basically new (<100 miles), were on a vehicle when they came from the vehicle\'s manufacturer. So, they have been driven on and have been handled a few times and might see minor handling scratches or scuffs. Anything easily noticeable will be highlighted in the pictures above.
- Used:Used wheels and/or tires are just that, used, so expect normal wear and tear from usage. We try to highlight any noticeable flaws or damage in the pictures above. Tires may have plugs or patches, but will be structurally fine for use unless otherwise noted in the description info above.
- We strive for excellence in our pictures and descriptions, but we might accidentally miss something. Please take a close look at the pictures above and ask any questions you might have before bidding.
- Please do not assume anything is included in the auction, that is not listed in the description above.
- Sensors and lugs: Unless it is listed in the auction, our wheel and/or tire packages do not include lugs or tire pressure sensors. We remove the sensors from the wheels to install into the aftermarket wheels and tires we install on the customer\'s vehicle. We also return the factory lugs to the customer, so they can use them with their spare wheel and tire, as aftermarket wheels generally use a different style lug.
- Chrome clad wheels: These wheels have chrome skins that mimic the style of the wheel.

Policies
- Form of payment: We only accept Paypal for payment. We only ship to the Paypal confirmed address.
- Tax: We charge sales tax according to local and new federal internet sales laws. Ebay will calculate sales tax per your location, if applicable.
- Shipping: We ship Fedex ground, unless otherwise noted. The shipping price listed in the auction is for the Continental US only. Other US territories and Canada must contact usfor shipping quotes.
- Local pickup: We do allow local pickup to save on shipping costs. However, the item must be paid for in person when pickingup. You must bring the copy of the invoice we send to you showing local pickup.
- Returns: We accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your item. Returns are only accepted when items are not as described. This does not include shipping damage, as all packages are fully insured through the shipper.
- Shipping claims: By bidding and winning our auction, you agree to the terms and time frame of the shipping companies claims process. Once we turn your items over to the shipper, we are no longer responsible for what happens to the packages. This is why we insure every package we ship. If you receive a damaged package, you must contact the shipper and us right away. Be sure to keep all packing materials for the shipper to view to process the claim quicker. Missing packaging may result in a denial of your claim with the shipper. Multiple packages may be split up during the shipping process, so some packages might arrive before others. The shipper is not concerned about missing packages until they have not arrived by the shipper\'s estimated delivery date, which you can view on the shipper\'s website using the tracking numbers we provide. Once it has passed the estimated delivery date, you will need to contact the shipper and us to start a tracer. Although it rarely happens, most packages are recovered. In the instance the package cannot be found or damaged, you will receive a refund from for the insured amount of the packages, which is generally the amount of your winning bid divided buy the amount of packages, no more, unless the shipper agrees. Again the shipper is responsible for lost or damaged packages, although we are here to help move the process along as quickly as possible.
