This is a NOS MoPar part number 2947394 a Headlight delay relay. In the original Chrysler Parts box, the part itself is in excellent condition, has the factory finish of Cadmium Dichromate, has the part number stamped on it along with the Pentagram.

This relay will keep the headlights on for a short time after the car it shut off, this was an optional Light package Code A01, If you don't have this option it can be added easily as all wiring harnesses on the B bodied are set already to accept it, you will need another small wiring harness also to complete the setup (I have seen them for sale on ebay)
This is part is correct for the 1970 MoPar B body cars: Belvedere, Coronet, Satellite, Charger, R/T, Super Bee, Road Runner, GTX
