Although a very minor problem occurred (small crack that could easily be overlooked), I am VERY satisfied with this item. I know that it was simply luck of the draw, not quality of the product. I contacted MBI Auto with pictures as instructed and was given 3 options: 1/2 off original price, full refund for return, or 1 free replacement. Because it was just a minor flaw that could fairly easily be fixed, I went with the 1/2 off and have absolutely no regret!

Bumper was as described, paint code matched exactly. The bumper arrived in perfect condition and was packaged great for such a high price item. The bumper was shipped out immediately as well. The only gripe I had that was no fault of the seller. RL Carriers delivered the bumper down the road to the wrong address and thankfully I saw the truck there or I’m not sure I would have ever gotten it.
