Arrived on time and in good shape. The bag of bolts wasn't sealed, but not the Seller's not responsible for that. There is a difference from the OE; the new chromed bumper outer shell is 'bolted, not welded' to the bumper bracket that then bolts to the frame. All-in-all, I am pleased. Nice to have the big pieces pre-assembled together. :)
