The lug bolts broke off on my back rear wheel less than 5 miles down the road ( the spacer bolts not my hub bolts) . The studs do not seat into spacer and caused torquing issues and nuts to back off. After the back wheel fell off I checked the other 3 spacers and the same thing studs was coming from out of spacers, not seated and backing off. I have several vehicles with spacers and never had a problem before. Of course no warranty after install.

BEWARE! Item arrived is SO MANY PEICES & NOT as advertised- 'easy to install' and 'supplied fully assembled'. My contractor charged me two extra hours- one for the hold up and another to put this mess together. I contacted the seller who stated 'Sorry, our price has been already very favorable, the profit is very low, hope you understand'. At the very least, the seller should BE HONEST.
