Although we couldn't complete the sale- this tire shop is as honest as they come- they could have easily just slapped a label on it and shipped my tire out but all of their tires go through a "before shipment final inspection" and the particular tire I ordered they found a pinhole in the sidewall, they quickly reached out, explained and gave me the option of cancelling with no questions asked for a quick refund.
