I received my order quickly. The unit differed slightly from the pics in the add, but not in any meaningful way - it had all the hardware and gaskets and arrived in perfect condition. In my case, the car was in an accident before being able to install the part, but a while after the return window. I reached out to them & they went out of their way to try to help out.
