Charger unit was shipped promptly and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. All parts were accounted for, minus manual (can find online) and drill template (use the backing plate part). Condition used but it did looks brand-new. Electrician had no issues installing and it charges our Tesla just fine. Only issue is seller didn't respond to an early question sent through eBay.

This was a very straightforward transaction. Unit arrived promptly with no delays at all. Packaging was simple and effective. The only minor issue was that the set up manual and associated QR codes needed to complete the installation was not shipped. The special tool needed to install the unit was also missing. However I figured out workarounds and completed the installation. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

    Short Tesla power cord is better for a tight space

    Item as described, arrived promptly and performs well. I had this installed because the factory cord was too long and did not fit between my garage doors. This looks better and doesn't interfere with the opening and closing of the doors. So far the car charges normally. I recommend this product and this seller to anyone looking for a clean Tesla installation where a short cord would be more advisable. P.S. I also bought the warranty, just in case.

    Wall charger is worth the upgrade

    When you install it with a 60amp breaker and 6 gauge wires, it works well. 50% speed increase vs the normal 32amp one I had. More than enough speed
