This fit my 2010 GMC 2500HD without any modifications, though it should have come with the 2 screws needed for the corners. Had to scrounge around for a while. Most descriptions state it only works on the 1500's, that's not true. GM is too cheap to make 2 different bumpers. it snapped right on. Would've given 5 stars but the way they fold it for shipping caused deep creases that have not gone away after 2 weeks parked in the sun.
