Seller will not accept my return even though the item he described in the ad was not correct. The item description stated that it would fit a 2008 lexus is350 but when I finally had time to install it in my car it did not fit. I messaged the seller to return the item for a refund but it was denied. His reason was the return window had just expired for only 1 day.
Seller mislead buyers and they should have at least sent me the correct item but instead denied my request.This seller is dishonest
