The only reason this is Neutral feedback is due to packaging. Seems to be a common issue with boxes not taped well enough for the parts being shipped. The box came partially opened due to poor taping and so.e of the bots and hangers were missing. These were easily replaced with local supply. I did contact the seller about the issue and they said they would replace items that were missing, but nothing important was gone out of the box. I will say the price and shipping time were excellent!
