I tell you what this little hummer works fabulous!!! Its about 40% less distance from 1st to 2nd maybe. Shift is different feel now than stock. Not silky smooth but i can find 3rd from 5th a hell of a lot easier now. For this price its a no frickin brainer. Scrap the stop screws with lock nuts or your rubber dust cap wont go back on. Its a stretch, but make it slide down n cover the edge. Entirely and it will stay. I was able to install without removing the center console plastics. 1hr job tops.

The items were as described. Shipping was perhaps calculated to lower the price of the item. Packaging could have used an additional strip of tape as the box arrived with one strip of tape that was ripped and opened half way up the box flaps. Shipping to Hawaii is brutal and packages arrive in poor condition if not well packaged. Internal packaging was very good. A good overall transaction.
