Really heavy bumper. I jumped on the step hard a few times and kicked it here and there. Mine is tight against receiver hitch and the gate won't open fully. I need to fix that spot anyway so I might cut the bottom of the gate and flatten or invert it. I also ended up buying new brackets as the original set would not cooperate. Last owner worked in Canada. It looks super. I just wish the Michigan plate wouldn't look so stupid on it. I mounted the plate with M8x35 mm bolts and nuts.
