Does not fit a 2002 Ford Focus ZX3
It was too long to fit my ZX3. The connection between the resonator and muffler had to be shorter by 4". I had to cut the swaged area off, shorten the pipe, and then weld the swagged area back on to keep the slip fit connection for clamping. On top of this I had to make a proper hanger bracket to match the sock rubber hanger above the rear axle area. This isn't a job for even the average mechanic.It was too long to fit my ZX3. Doesn't really fit properly. Tried to modify it to work and after changing stuff to the point where I couldn't return it I decided even the modifications to make it fit didn't give it a good enough fit. The clearance between the rear bumper frame muffler and the rear seat dips does not allow the muffler pipe to join with the main pipe. Even cutting the muffler pipe down to the base of the flange did not allow this to clear. Clearancing the muffler with a hammer (beating a large dent into it) allowed it to fit while rubbing on the frame.. but it was all still static fitment and vibrated/rubbed at every point.Doesn't really fit properly.
