That's not a letter in the mail, read description, we don't send to a door. As per our terms we ship to a local terminals for customers to pickup, what's wrong with this type of delivery, its common for heavy freight. if you want shipping to a door you need to spend extra on residential and tailgate surcharge, usually that would double up freight cost.
