Great looking tailgate for the price and the packaging was definitely over-the-top. I needed a crowbar just to take it apart!  It doesn’t say in the description that the hardware is included, which would be a plus for sure, so I’m gonna have to find some myself but aside from that I have no complaints at all. It isn’t dented or scratched and looks to be a perfect fit.
