My CV Joint showed up and the box was damaged. The CV joint was placed in the box with no type of protective material to keep it from being damaged. There was no protection on the splines. The splines were dirty with old oil. The boots and joints appear ok. My suggestion is better packaging and better quality of product. Remember, our vehicles get to where we're going and lives depend on the quality of product that we purchase. The seller was good to work with. 5 Stars

Was able to get some clarification with my order. DA did an excellent job of explaining hw their system works snd why there might been some miscommunication. To remedy any inconvenience they still gave me a cpl different discounts that I do intend to use in the near future. I did appreciate someone talking the time to call me directly and explain things. Despite this little hiccup I would still consider ordering from DA. I had never had any issues prior to this order.
