Definitely needs modification to fit, thinning some of the material where it clips into the bumper. I put neutral feedback mainly because it has fitment issues that can't be trimmed - overall it is a few mm too short and so it has a large gap all around. It also has a crease (like factory) but the crease is not quite in the right place, so it doesn't look as good.
