    Cheap Stainless Header

    Helped my 94 Cherokee pass inspection and stopped an exhaust leak. I had a shop install this but they said the piping towards the front of the engine needed to be heated up and adjusted to fit, which worked but if you install at home keep in mind you may need to torch it and bend certain parts to fit. The metal's also thinner than the original exhaust manifold, but it's cheap so that can be excused. Good buy if you're on a budget to replace your cracked exhaust manifold.

    Nice welds, but needs work to fit correctly

    On my 99 Wrangler, I had to “massage” the tube closest to the firewall (cylinder 6) with a big hammer. I had to grind the intake manifold on two spots- the runner on top of the above mentioned tube and the webbing closest to cylinder 1. It interfered with the header. The quality seems really good. I ended up using copper spray and a Felpro gasket. Make sure to use proper tightening order.

    4.0 jeep header.

    I installed it on a 1998 xj with a factory intake. The flange is a different thickness which required me to make 1/8" thick shims for the header flange to allow even clamp load between the 2. Otherwise very good quality and fit. 2000 miles so far and no issues.

    Awesome quality header, was surprised!!

    I installed on my 97 xj. During header installation I decided to do a 99+ intake swap while I was in there. No fitment issues whatsoever! Didn't have to dent anything or grind anything like some have mentioned. Wiggled it into place and started setting bolts.
