Abs light on after putting these in 07 ford freestyle
I recently purchased these to replace the oems, and my abs light came on after the fact. Now, I know most people would say that I have another underlying issue. Not the case. Did a ton of research (after using these) to find out that the Timken wheel bearings are the way to go and are the ONLY ones that wouldn't interfere with your abs light. So with saying that, I should have saved the $85 the pair cost me and went with Timkens since they actually work. So if I were you, save your money and go with timken. Quality---but watch out, might throw ABS/Trac control codes on Fords
Quality product, however, it throws traction/abs codes in Ford. I blame Ford of course, but only way around it is to get OEM or other compatible part, which apparently this is not for purposes of throwing dash lights anyway.
