The day it was supposed to be delivered, (pilot freight) called me & told me they weren't delivering it, & they were sending it back. received the bumper over a week later & it was cracked. I messaged seller they're response was "thats not a problem" & said they would message the shipping company about it. Except it is a problem, this is supposed to be a new bumper & its damaged. They offered no solution, not, 'send it back ' no offer to replace or refund or partial refund
