That pass was with fuel pump dying, missing 1000 rpms of powerband up top as a result (would be unsafe lean-out). Car should go around 12.6x on the same engine, which is the 3L version of the VQ, not the 3.5L upgrade, and is completely naturally aspirated, no juice or boost at all. Oh and that's an OLD crappy picture...
