I was there. He ran high 14s on every run. Then we went back to the drag strip earlier this Spring and he ran several more high 14s. All he has done is a custom PVC cone filter setup along with some straight through mufflers. Do not underestimate the VQ40 6spd! They definitely run high 14s 100% stock if you are able to cut at least 2.1 60 foots.

what kind of intake and exhaust do you have? if you dont mind me asking......i own a 08' fronty w/ custom magnaflow cat back and a k&n intake........ reason for asking is cause i just turned 18 and i want to take my truck to the track and i wanted to get an idea of what im looking at time wise so i can set up some good races.......... thank you and looking foward to hearing from you
