(Davey)
Hey,
Nice to see more 01+ civics. My buddy has one we have been workin on it a lot. I say use nitrous! He's in the 13s now and we're both going for 12s next year. Later
(Davey)
Um, I'm callin BS on this man, no way did you get 15.1 on I/H/E with your 1.7 You've either got more in the car (like nitrous :) or you lie! Trust my friends 01 4 door (which is lighter than you) had those same mods and got 16.4, so cmon man, what did you really hit?
(justin)
I have also taken out the power steering, and the AC (about 200lb weight loss right there) Also have APEXi SAFC II fuel controller. I would have put this on the page, but there is not a section for all that.
(Davey)
Sure there's a section for both of those. Under Computer put your Safc 2 and under weight of car put the cars weight. I see you put that you took out your Power steering and AC, but that's not gunna be 200 pounds. Anyway, it's still BS, your car won't hit those times. Plus you don't have a time slip posted up (and don't say you don't have a scanner, I'm sure your school or library has one) and You don't even list the track you went too. And where's your 60 foot time, your 1/8th mile time and MPH? Cmon, don't be lame. This is what gives some of us a bad name. Prove me wrong and get your time slip and the weight of your car. Or, that you are using nitrous and not just I/H/E Safc and octane boost.

I also have an 2004 LX and I was thinking about getting the same exact headers you have. What I wanted to know is did you have to make any modifications to your car or the headers to get them on. Or did it fit on perfectly. Also let me know if I have to make any other modifications elsewhere to make the headers work. Thanks
(Justin)
First things first--do you have an aftermarket catback exhaust, or are you stock? If are stock and you are getting a Megan EX header, you will have to get the matching Ex downpipe, along with an Ex catback. I have my complete Lx aftermarket exhaust for sale on ebay $400: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/01-05-Civic-2door-DX-LX-EX-HX-Exhaust-System_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33630QQihZ004QQitemZ140206361134QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW
(Meagan Racer)
Was that in Fast and Furious? You are SO cool.
(Justin)
No, it was not, but I am gonna try to get to the casting call for Fast and Furious 4
(michael d)
I also have a 2004 civic ox coups manual with megan racing header/resonator/catback exhaust. I was wonderig what body kit you have? I think it looks smooth our generation. Thanks.
(Justin)
The front bumper is the Extreme Dimensions TS-1, The rear is Extreme Dimensions Bomber, The sides are OEM Honda aero kit
(Nam)
I haven't checked out your ride in while. Just noticed you got a K20 swap. I just got my K20a. It's still gonna take me a while to get it installed into my EM2 though.
